Fred Ceruti
General Manager, Kruger Products

In his role, he leads and oversees the daily operations of the Memphis facility with 12 direct reports and over 500 employees.  Fred began his journey with Kruger Products in Memphis, Tennessee in November of 2013.

Prior to Kruger Products, Fred was the Operations Manager for Orchids Paper Products in Pryor, Oklahoma. Prior to Orchids, Fred was the Converting Production Manager for Georgia Pacific in Wauna, Oregon, Converting Superintendent in Savannah, Georgia, Area Superintendent in Halsey, Oregon and Converting Supervisor at the same location. During Fred’s tenure at Georgia Pacific, Fred received the Chairman Safety Excellence Award twice.  Prior to his paper industry experience, Fred served our country as a United States Marine from 1993 to 2001.

While at Kruger Products - Memphis, he has worked diligently to improve the facility’s overall safety performance. The Memphis business unit’s OIR rate as continually dropped, thanks to his leadership and support. Fred begins every meeting with a safety update and strives to keep safety in our face daily…”Safely Produce” is a term used a lot in our facility. Fred publishes a monthly newsletter called Fred’s Corner; the newsletter is dedicated to effective employee communication.  In addition, Fred is out on the production floor daily talking to the employees in all areas and sincerely listening to their concerns/comments.  Fred’s goal is to make sure each employee feels valued, works safe and has the opportunity to be a part of the Memphis success.

Fred is a 2017 MBA graduate of the University of Memphis. He is passionate about his Memphis Tigers and supporting the teams. Fred also is a major supporter of the Feed the Needy foundation in Memphis, Boys and Girls club of Memphis, Memphis Food Bank and an active member of the City of Memphis Chamber of Commerce.

He lives in the Memphis area with his wife Sonia, and their two boys, Devin and Freddy.
