DAY ONE

Day one will be devoted to individual commitment and the importance of leaders developing a caring culture. The critical components include our ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and empower and engage everyone to be involved and accountable to our results.

DAY TWO

Day two will highlight new control methods that celebrate safety innovations within our industry. This will include a spirited competition amongst PPSA member sites who submit and are selected as finalists for the Safety Innovator Award as well as new and innovative products from our Vendor/Supplier members.

DAY THREE

Day three will emphasize life changing injuries and how a focus on the critical few high risk areas can significantly reduce serious/fatal injuries. The day’s sessions will highlight the consequence of recent industry specific serious incidents and share precursors and control strategies for avoiding these most serious incidents within our industry.
